Welcome to our farm
We are located in south central Pennsylvania, near Lancaster, Harrisburg and Hershey area, in a peaceful country setting surrounded by woods. We offer daily turnout with multiple pastures, 30 stall barn, hot/cold wash stall, round pen, indoor and outdoor arenas.
Open Barn - Sunday 5/18/25 from 1pm to 5pm. Come meet our horses, farm tour scheduled, take your picture with a horse, food, face painting and more. Hope to see you Sunday to enjoy time with our horses.

Student Program & Volunteer Opportunity
Wishful Acres offers a working student program. You can help with grooming, stall cleaning, general care of horses in exchange for lessons or even a partial lease of a horse. We always welcome volunteers to get away from stress of the day and want to spend time with the horses
Riding Lessons
Was your childhood dream to ride a horse?
Do you have a child, who has been asking to learn about horses?
At Wisful Acres we offer a great horsback riding lesson program to teach you to ride and so much more!
Never touched a horse before, we offer lessons for all ages and abilities. We believe in teaching how to groom and tack up the horse, along with riding and so much more.
Horseback riding is a great physical exercise along with a way to relax and decompress.
Rescue's
Meet some of the rescue horses, who were saved from kill shelters. Please contact us, if you are interested in more information regarding the precious horses that were given a second chance in life.
